I wonder if it takes place during Thanksgiving? That wouldn't bee TOO much of a stretch, timeline wise.

I just can't help but picture some creepy Thanksgiving dinner happening within the Carnival, and Claire being tied to a chair or something.

Well it does sound interesting! Maybe some great stuff happens, but at the end everyone sits down to dinner. However, as a Canadian, my Thanksgiving happens on October 12th, the epsiode I will be seeing on that day is Hysterical Blindness. That's a different topic though. Anyways, with this episode, it sounds like it will be great and could be timed so all the actions and events take place right before everyone gets to the table to eat. Will it be Peter or Hiro that carves the bird? I think it could be Noah, but maybe the 3 will fight over it.

Maybe it's a flashback episode?

Maybe the "bad ending" to Samuel and Joeseph's first family happened on Thanksgiving?

Thanksgiving is also a term sometimes used with religious backing to it. I mean come on, we've heard Samuel talking about bringing other special people to his table, a la Jesus. Heroes has always had a bit of a biblical twinge to it, and this is no different. I see this episode focusing highly on the Carnival and how our Heroes have been suckered into it, or decided to give themselves up willingly.

That's true. I had forgotten about that.

Depending on the timeline it could be a flashback. Does anyone know what month it is in Heroes?

I think it will probably deal with the family aspect of Thanksgiving because that seems to be a prominent theme this volume, finding where you belong: Noah and Peter feel distant from their families, Tracy doesn't seem to have a family she is close to, Samuel wants to create his own family of Specials, Lydia wants to find her daughter, Claire wants to fit in in college, ect.

It might also have something to do with family. Like having everyone get together and realize what they have is better than what they don't. I think it will also be an episode to show how truly tight-knit the Carnival family is.

Nathan and Sylar battle it out in the Thanksgiving ep and, apparently, things are happening at the Petrelli house.

Interesting so maybe the real Sylar will finally die or will the Nathan portion of the new Sylar really die.

Thanksgiving in The Petrelli household! This sounds like the episode when Simon and Monty return and will see which of Nathan's sons manifests an ability. I can't wait to see this and to see these two officially enter the game
