Hiro oh lord my love for him returned he was so funny and the thing with him and Kimiko broke my heart! And the scene with Peter/Claire/Hrg was well funny "Thats a nice arm" LOL

Hiro cried. That's all I have to say about it. Hiro Nakamura wept...

Tonight's episode was excellent. Bryan Fuller wrote a very good episode and it really touched me. Hiro made us all come to accept what is to come and not to share secrets. Claire got to show her father Noah that even though he spent over 20 years being a Company Man, that he could settle into a normal job and apply for one with the skills he has. Noah then tells of this to Tracy, so she can move on and realize what she wants to do in life. Nyler trying to make peace with Milli was excellent as well. Fuller really did well with his flashback scenes to show us the accident that cost Milli's daughter's life. It also showed what a mother is willing to do for vengeance. This episode was great and Fuller once again pulled it off smile.gif

this was one of the best episodes i've seen in a while. i had audible reactions to alot of scenes, and it took my mind to so many different places without being confusing. the pace was great, and it left you hanging at all the right moments.

i have to applaud the cast because i felt every character carried their screen time well. and everyone's story advanced, while weaving in different nods to past situations and all that everyone has been through.

so many plots and twists that i wasn't expecting, nor did i see that ending coming. it didn't take me where i thought it would, and i loved not knowing what could happen next. i also liked how they pulled the new characters in with reference to the storyline at hand. it felt very connected.

definitely one of my favorites.

Great episode! The part where Nylar uncovered Milly's daughter's death really made me think.

First of all, exactly how many skeletons are in the Petrelli closet?

Second, Nylar seems to be trying hard to reform and make amends ( I'm thinking also of him telling Angela that he wanted to get closer to all the people he cared about- with Angela telling him to go buy a sportcar and sleep with a somebody Claire's age instead, but that's beside the point.)

Nylar trying to be a better man than Nathan was- that's pretty ironic!

This episode was a little slow for my taste, but I am deffinitley not complaining about it! I am so glad the show is taking time to build up good storylines this season. I have loved every episode so far.

Good question??? they keep finding things!! sounded so Nathan didn't it?

I liked this episode a lot, but not as much as previous ones. - I guess nothing can beat that cello scene, lol - I missed a few minutes in the end... but love the twist where Nathan gets killed, and his mother doesn't suspect a thing. (Package delivered, hehe )

I found Hiro saving the offcer worker boring. BUT I enjoyed Hiro's interaction with his sister. That was really cute!

I felt, in this episode, that Peter was pretending to be the usual careing son & brother, rather than actually being one. I mean, he also excused himself dimplomatically for not returning Nathan's calls. Bull, because in the past he would have always found time to call family.

Maybe:
a) Peter is actually aware about what happened to Nathan, just not speaking about it.
cool.gif Peter is pretending to not be too interested in the whole "I'm special" issue when he is with Nathan, since he knows what his brother is capable of doing (locking people up in a facility, etc).

Other observations/comments:
- Samuel is a great character! I'm enjoying him more & more. Funny thing, I doubt that "family" he always speaks of is very loyal to him. They seem to be rather scared or just using him... once they find a way out, they'll most likely take it.
- When Claire suggested to find a job of some sort to her father, it felt nice! Finally, some real life issues besides being "Heroes" 24/7.
- It was also cool to have Nathan resurect to life as Sylar after being shot. Cool plot twist!
- Tracy was alright. I'm missing Micah though! Where is rebel??
- Emily Rose was excellent as always!

So far, I'm almost tempted to say this is a little better than season one in terms of actual story telling. This is really fantastic stuff.

Season one still had the definite plus that we knew from the very first episode that New York needed to be saved. That's really the only thing that I've been missing: a clear goal. It's slowly emerging now with this compasses thing, which is good.

Apart from that, I totally agree. I love the way they're telling their stories at the moment. I love the pacing, I love the character-driven approach, I love the fewer plotlines per episode, and I hope they can keep this up exactly like this.

And I hope the viewers will soon be coming back...

a bit slow but finally we are getting some character development again!

I keep waiting for it to get ridiculously stupid again like past seasons. My biggest issue is that Heroes is still tied to Sylar. I take nothing away from Zachary Quinto he's a good actor, but that story should be done. I was glad to see the ending as the Sylar as Nathan charade was a horrible idea and needs to be put to bed, but they better tread lightly if Sylar is going to be back.
GoldSeven
My preferred way of handling the Sylathan thing would be for Sylar to emerge again, Peter to find out, go berserk and kill Sylar (with help, maybe, but he needs to be a key player). Then I'll drink to closure, and be free to mourn Nathan. sad.gif

Seems like that was the biggest common complaint from the complainers.

Yup. But on the other hand, we had premonitions of the world splitting in half in the opener for season three, and that didn't go well at all. I'm pretty fine with a mystery tattoo compass as the key story element right now. wink.gif
