No Hiro has a tumor, Peter is healthy. Im guessing that bending time and space might cause a little stress on the brain. Peter hasn't used it as often as Hiro.

Other than the part where Peter got shot, the ep wasn't really that interesting...it kind of felt like filler...just like the one in which Hiro tries to save Charlie, again
