After we find out that Matt is now Sylar, we see Janice look at him and she looks at him with ambiguity and curiosity. I believe she knows now that Matt is no longer Matt and is now Sylar. Matt never told her about Sylar, just that he was an evil guy; so I think she knows now that evil guy took over. What do you think?

I hope so. I'm thinking she's under the impression Matt has lost it though.

If she thought Matt was not crazy she would have stayed away. I think she does like Sylar more

Why would she think that? She knows he can read minds, she's seen what her child can do, and she met Hiro and company last year. She probably hasn't noticed yet (that it really is someone new in Matts head), but she will put it together later.

Why? Who knows what being a telepath does to someone's mind, particularly from the perspective of someone unfamiliar with powers beyond encountering people with them. she went and got a detective, not trusting matt's story enough to follow through with his advice additionally the last scene we saw with her she was watching matt talk to himself.
Besides he has 'lost it' in a very literaly sense either way heh.

That is what I thought. She has never met Sylar, has she?
However, she now cannot refuse the fact that there is someone else inside of Matt's head.

The fact she came back with someone to help an the worried look on her face led me to think she just thinks he's lost it...

Could be that, or could be she knows something is up...she was definitely giving him strange looks through the window when Matt was discovering he was no longer in control and talking to Sylar.
Of course, it's most likely that it was supposed to be a "concerned" look because her husband's going nuts. Although, she knows and accepts that Parkman has these abilities, so for her to just blow it off as him being "nuts" seems a little shortsighted.
I have a bias against Janice though...she's a cheatin ho-bag.

If she believed him she wouldn't have returned with the other cop...and then to come home to a very drunk Parkman?
Yeah she definitely thinks he's lost it despite the mind-reading bit

If she thinks Matt's gone nuts why would the detective come and give Matt back his badge? Was that not what happened?
I'm confused at what Janice is thinking. She has no reason to suspect Sylar took control, but thinking matt is nuts doesn't seem to fit either.

I don't think the other cop gave him a badge. I think the other cop gave him an AA button.

It looked to me like she thought he went nuts, but at the end when she saw Matt talking to himself and playing with that apple (great image, very Death Note), she kinda had a "Oh crap" look, like she realized that maybe he was telling the truth about his brain buddy, and she screwed up not listening to him and getting away when she could.

This is exactly what I was thinking as well and why I posted this thread. I'm positive she knows that Sylar took over. Matt didn't tell her about Sylar though; just that it was an evildoer he thought he got rid of with his mind transfusion.

That's what I thought! I mean take a look at Matt's face in that moment: I know that that was not Matt Parkman from his look and hell, his wife should know that too.

If Janice bringing the cop is what it looks like on the surface then she has to be one of the stupider people on the show.
Sure, she's never been exposed to the whole Heroes super powered universe, but she knows for a fact that her husband can at the least read minds. And she has a son with an ability. She should know better then to blow something off because it sounds crazy, even if Matt's never shown to her just how powerful he can be.
If I were Matt I would have forced her to walk into a wall or something to show her the danger she was in. Even if she continued to not believe him about Sylar it would have scared her away...which was his goal.
Matt's lucky Sylar didn't have the cop pull his gun and shoot Janice and himself, if for nothing more then revenge. I'm curious as to what Sylar is waiting for, actually. If anyone is going to understand how to use telepathy to the fullest it'd be him. He'll be hitting the road next episode we see him I bet.
Then again it'll probably be interesting to watch if Sylar shows his hand to her before getting his carnival ticket punched.
