Hoping someone can help me fill in what is probably an unimportant gap.

I got distracted briefly while HRG and Hiro were conversing in Japanese. I heard Noah say something right at the end that I thought referred to "shopping for a face" ("koe o kaimono") but by the time I turned back to look at the screen the English subtitles had moved on.

Anybody remember the line that can tell me how they translated it?

I don't know what he say's in Japanese, but the subtitles say "It's a messy business, friend". He then wishes him good luck and walks away.

I did, or at least that scene, and I still hear "kaimono" (shopping) pretty clearly. I figure one (or more) of three things has happened:

1. My Japanese is even rustier than I thought it was.
2. I'm going deaf.
3. Coleman blew the line but nobody bothered to fix it.
