Matt's Girl (spygrl007)

you men are all alike.. so easily let by your...
anyway...
I think she is probably giving information to someone... but at this point, we don't know who the bad guys really are. so is she helping or harming?
Is HRG bad? Is there another entity that is bad... ie the one that's going to blow up NYC?
I agree... she's cute, but definately too convenient.

So I'm supposed to believe that the indian guy just "happens" to walk in on a undercover guy planting a bug?!
This is TV man! ... It's soooo obvious that the girl (neighbor) was planted to be a mole for the people planting the bug! She was supposed to be there to help him stop the undercover guy.
Tell me I'm not the only one who sees this one coming...

wow thts weird. i got tht same vibe. she def is acting like she doesnt no anything when it seems like shes jus playin along and acting like she was his fathers best friend. I can see Suresh finding out later in the season in an unexpected way. And another thing is she has that look that all traitors that are females have, short hair blah blah u no what im talking about. Think Nina from 24.

Thats the second time Mohinder has entered a room un-noticed, maybe he's got the lame power. "Stealthy entrance"

There alerady HAVE his data ... they want him working on finding the "Supers" ..
If they force him to he won't. .. If they could do it on their own then they would ... so they can't ... did you think that maybe SHE planted the drive there?
This leads more crediability to the theory that "THEY" didn't kill his dad but some rogue Super did..

I'm with Hors d'oeuvre. I think she's on Mohinder's side, otherwise, why would she be so helpful? Maybe I'm falling for the trick, but she's TOO CUTE TO BE EVIL. *drools*

Now that you mention it, I kinda confused on which way I should believe in this. I do seem to think the girl is really nice and it was by chance she was there. But then again, she could be a mole for someone. If she is a mole then maybe she gave the flash-drive to Sursh cause she knows she'll learn more from him faster then the group of people she works for. But I dono know. =/

It's not an either or ... they are now BOTH working. She is the mole to get Suresh working in the right direction.
They have all his data already. Do you really think they wouldn't have been ALL over that apartment already and found that obvious hard drive? She even knew what it was before HE did! I had no idea and I'm interested in computers. He's a phd for crying out loud and he was like Huh?! What's this thing?!

Read spoilers about the freezing and head cutting guys ... it's not his dad ...
So, you're not buying ... ok ... let me summarize it for you:
1. Highly trained/funded shadow gov't x-files type are all over him and his dad's research
2. His dad is dead (unknown cause but if you read the comic out there it was very gruesume and in his cab - very unnatural)
3. He walks in on said shadow guy (like a ninja) and fights him.
4. This girl just happens to pickup the gun during the fight (most people would scream and/or run for their lives. This is Brooklyn for crying out loud)
5. She is acting wierd and her story about having a relationship with his dad is very unusual He's an older guy (who has no money I might add) and frankly she's good looking. It can't be a match.
6. She just happens to find BOTH the messages AND the hard drive.
These things just add up to MOLE.
PS. It's a TV show. She's defiently a mole.
PPS. I can't spell

sneaky little... cute as hell, though.

TRUTH? It's too early to tell what her hustle is -- the mole factor is plausible fo sho. She was droppin' alot of science though, talking about pop dukes theories on how to find people. That was pretty interesting to me. Definitely a solid episode that will be in heavy rotation on the Tivo.

I totally didn't get that idea until I read this now I can't think otherwise! Aw but she's way too cute to be bad! She looks like a girl who's in one of my lecture classes who I always look at from the back of the room and who actually talked to me today and recognized me! That's a great accomplishment for a college kid who celebrates each Wednesday because it's comic book release day haha.

I kind of agree. I mean she was "shocked" by the news but didn't really seem that upset and recovered way too quickly. but she seemed to know about the lizard. How long has Suresh been living there and never noticed a lizard with him? And it 'just' happens to make noise that day. Planted so the hard drive could be planted. And the guy with the bug stuff was a decoy. I mean how the heck could he not hear him enter? I think you guys are plausible. But is she working for a bad guy or good guy agency? I mean maybe she spyed on his father too and wants to use him to find the killer.

Her acting gave it away. This is why you don't tell your actors where their character arcs are going.

Yeah, the thought briefly crossed my mind, and then I shelved it... not because of any cuteness factor - but at this point in the game, wow - I really don't know who to believe - who is really who they are presenting them to be? I don't know that any of them are yet.

I was thoroughly disappointed by tonight's episode. I don't like the fact that they used airtime to recap last weeks episode in the way they did. They should've done a; "Previously on Heroes" kind of thing and recapped in about 2-3 minutes. Also, I know the premiere was aired with minimal commercials but tonight, in my opinion, they made up for it. There seemed like a lot of commercials tonight. Also the flashes to the future and back can be somewhat confusing. It was very disturbing to see Isaac dead like that, I think that was him that Hiro found, right? Then they flashed back as if it never happened, I think?
I also feel that the girl Mohinder encountered tonight is an imposter. I don't trust her. If his dad was bugged, she could have heard everything, known about the lizard and everything. If they were as close as she says, why didn't she know he had a son? Even estranged people mention their estranged family members to others, especially if that member is a son.

she could also be Sylar's toy (HRG might be a good choice for this)

What I didn'tunderstand was Mohinder knew the place was probably bugged and when they found the thing in the lizard cage he was just telling her exactly what it was without even trying to keep it down. Let's tell the whole world that what is on this drive is how to track down all the ones with the special powers!

Who else noticed that when they were looking at the computer data, that the figure from one of the paintings was worked into the code (the sideways heiroglyphic looking picture)? I thought THAT was a pretty good little bit I picked up on the first viewing. *ta da*
I believe the man who is cutting off peoples heads and removing the brains is the person who killed the Indian guys dad. He DID leave that message on the machine about killing people.
And I don't believe that chick was having a 'relationship' with the dad. i believe they were merely friends (or at least that's what was eluded too). The jury is still out on whether she's a mole or not.
Question, has anyone else taken to yelling at the TV screen? I have a thing for yelling at Hiro to jump the space time continuum on a fairly regular basis when he has gone and gotten himself into a mighty fine fix. Just wondering if I'm the only one. *grin*

ok so i'm goign to be really crazy and think out side the box and come up with the only theory that hasn't been posted.
she's a mole for Mohinder's dad. duh duh duh. because his dad is alive and is working with sylar who is actually just the lizard that lives in Mohinder's apartment.
and the only super power Mohinder has is the ability to have the worst accent ever.
Darth Adogg
Oct 6 2006, 08:43 AM
I like the part about him still being alive. She COULD be working for the Dad who is in hiding ... that would seem odd though.
I'm mean if your faking your own death then you would logically assume your avoiding something. And he still wants his work to go on? So he sets up his son to do it in the very same apartment that the dad felt unsafe in? I just dosen't seem to add up..

If she isn't a mole, I'd be very surprised. She's a guest star on the show and not a regular cast member. My bet is the Mohinder ("Indian Guy." Jeez, did you even watch the show!) will discover her ties to the opposition (I won't see bad guys, I'm still not convinced who that bad guys are).
Love the show though and I say again, great to see such a dynamic cast.
BTW, bug man wouldn't have needed to run away. If he's really a pro that he appears to be, he could've easily killed or disabled Mohinder. No, he was supposed to be introduced.

It doesn't work anyway. ALL fat people are unreasonably strong. We have to be just to get around.
Although, I've got to admit it's pretty funny at the gym when the buff gym-rat types load say, 200 lbs on the bar and make noises like they're really working, and then I take the bar, put another 150 on it and lift it quietly and calmly. You should just see their faces. It's occasionally priceless.
